At Lavington East Public School we are both proud & fortunate to have the strong support of our parents. While staff are forever appreciative of assistance of parents, students become excited at the involvement of parents in our school. Some of the many ways parents assist at LEPS include:
Canteen
The canteen is open Monday to Friday. Volunteers assist in the canteen preparing and serving healthy morning teas and lunches to our students. Volunteers are helped by two supervisors and a committee which meet regularly to manage and direct the actions of the canteen. The canteen also caters for visiting functions and special occasions such as the Easter Hat Parade and the Book Fair.

Sunglasses
The clothing pool has children's sunglasses for purchase for $10 a pair. These are suitable for use at school and have a place on the wing for the child's name. They come in small and large sizes.
